1. General
This Shipping Policy explains how Charm’D AF processes and delivers orders placed through our website.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful confirmation of payment and receipt of electronic acknowledgement/confirmation from our payment provider.
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days before dispatch.
Processing times may vary during sales, launches, holidays, periods of high order volume, or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the order is placed.
4. Delivery Timelines
After dispatch, estimated delivery is generally 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and logistics provider.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Remote locations, adverse weather, public holidays, strikes, logistical disruptions, incorrect addresses and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in delays.
5. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including applicable postal code and contact details.
Charm’D AF is not responsible for delays, failed delivery or additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
6. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided after dispatch.
7. Failed Delivery
If a shipment cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, refuses delivery, or otherwise prevents delivery, the shipment may be returned to the sender or re-delivery may be subject to additional charges, where applicable.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive an item that is visibly damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@charmdaf.store within 24 hours of delivery, along with your order number and appropriate mandatory photographs, videos or other suitable evidence to help us process your request at the earliest.
Any resolution will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
9. No Cash on Delivery
Charm’D AF currently does not offer Cash on Delivery (“COD”). Orders must be paid in full through the payment methods made available at checkout.
10. Returns and Refunds
Charm’D AF does not offer general or discretionary returns or refunds. Any limited exception for defective, incorrect or otherwise qualifying orders will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
11. Delivery Attempts and Logistics
Once an order has been handed over to the applicable shipping or logistics partner, delivery attempts, re-attempts, delivery scheduling, customer availability, address-related issues, return-to-origin (RTO) processing and other delivery operations are subject to the policies, procedures and operational decisions of the applicable shipping or logistics partner. Charm’D AF does not control the number or timing of delivery attempts or re-attempts and cannot guarantee any particular delivery attempt or re-attempt. We may, where reasonably practicable, assist with delivery-related issues raised by you, subject to the policies and procedures of the applicable shipping or logistics partner.
12. Force Majeure
Charm’D AF shall not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, governmental restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, war, civil disturbances, technical failures or other similar events.
