1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Charm’D AF website (“Website”), operated by GLITTER STORY BY SAUJANYA KALYAN LLP, and purchases made through it.
By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order through the website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
3. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colours, dimensions and other information accurately. Actual colours may vary depending on the device or screen used.
Product images and other visual representations may be digitally enhanced, stylised, generated or otherwise modified for illustrative or marketing purposes. Such images should not be treated as an exact representation of the physical product unless expressly stated.
4. Website Content, Images and Representations
Some images, illustrations, models, faces, backgrounds or other visual content appearing on the Charm’D AF website, social media, marketing materials, advertisements or other brand communications may be wholly or partially generated, enhanced, edited or modified using artificial intelligence (“AI”) or other digital technologies.
Such content is used for illustrative, creative, editorial or marketing purposes. Any resemblance to any actual person, whether living or deceased, is purely coincidental and unintended unless expressly stated otherwise. Persons depicted in such digitally generated content are not intended to represent real individuals unless expressly stated.
Digitally generated or AI-assisted content may contain visual inaccuracies or variations, including in facial features, anatomy, proportions, skin tones, expressions, textures, backgrounds or other visual details. Charm’D AF does not warrant that such content is an exact representation of any particular person, product, design, result or experience.
Charm’D AF does not knowingly intend to use digitally generated content to impersonate or falsely represent any identifiable individual or product.
5. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product descriptions or other website information. If an order has been placed based on an obvious pricing or listing error, we may contact the customer and, where appropriate, cancel the affected order and refund any amount actually paid for that order.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other charges will be displayed as applicable before checkout.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s).
An order is subject to acceptance and successful payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, technical errors, or other legitimate reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded through the available payment mechanism(s), subject to applicable law.
7. Payment
Orders must be paid in full through the payment methods made available at checkout.
Charm’D AF currently does not offer Cash on Delivery (“COD”).
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. Payment credentials may be subject to the terms, privacy policies and security procedures of the relevant payment provider.
An order is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully authorised or otherwise confirmed by the applicable payment provider and the electronic confirmation/acknowledgement has been received by Charm’D AF.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Estimated delivery times are indicative and are not guaranteed.
9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Charm’D AF does not offer general or discretionary returns or refunds.
Customers should carefully review product details, size, quantity, address and other order information before completing payment.
Where an order has not yet entered processing or fulfilment, Charm’D AF may, at its discretion, permit cancellation. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing, production, packing or dispatch has commenced.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any right, remedy or protection that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
Where a product is defective, damaged in transit, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable law or an expressly stated Charm’D AF policy, the matter will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with applicable requirements on a case by case basis.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including brand names, logos, text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, designs, product imagery, videos, layout and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Charm’D AF unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, publish, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
11. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the website or its content for unlawful purposes or in a manner that may infringe the rights of Charm’D AF or any third party.
12. Website Availability
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue portions of the website where reasonably necessary.
13. Electronic Communications
We may communicate with you electronically through the email address or other contact details provided by you. While we take reasonable steps to monitor and respond to communications received through our designated contact channels, electronic communications may occasionally be delayed, filtered, misdirected or otherwise not brought to our attention due to technical issues, email service providers, spam filters or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in this provision limits any obligation of Charm’D AF to acknowledge or redress consumer grievances within the timeframes prescribed under applicable law.

The website may rely on third-party services, including but not limited to Shopify, applications or integrations installed or used to operate the website, payment gateways, logistics providers, analytics services, advertising platforms, customer-support tools and other technology or business partners.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Charm’D AF shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with use of the website or the purchase, use or inability to use any product.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Charm’D AF arising out of or in connection with any order, product or transaction shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the customer for the respective order, product or transaction giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any right, remedy or protection that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Charm’D AF and its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and reasonable expenses arising from, including but not limited to, your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the website, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of website content.
This indemnification does not apply to the extent a claim is finally determined to have resulted from the wilful misconduct or negligence of Charm’D AF or where such exclusion would be prohibited by applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and forms part of these Terms.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to any mandatory rights and remedies available to consumers under applicable law, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
